Disciplinary and Anti-ragging Cell

A disciplinary committee and anti ragging committee is constituted to improve discipline in the classrooms and the campus by conducting enquiries on cases of misbehaviour and recommending suitable punishment.

Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in and outside the institution. Any complaint about ragging (if any) is brought to the notice of the Anti-ragging committee which takes cognizance of the matter and takes immediate action Students becoming a victim of ragging should inform to the dean student welfare and hostel warden.

Guidance and Counseling cell

The Guidance and Counseling cell of the college provides a wholesome and conducive environment for all round development of the students. This is a team effort involving principal, faculty members and the counsellor.

Student Council

The institute has a Students’ Representative body and it has been aptly named as “Student Council”. The student council gives the students a voice – a platform to be heard. Through it they involve themselves in multifarious duties that the college demands of them.

Alumni Council

An alumni association is an association of graduates or, more broadly, of former students (alumni).

Aims and Objectives

• To promote and foster mutually beneficial interaction between the  Alumni and the present students of the institution.

• To enable the alumni to participate in activities that would contribute to the general development of the institution.

• To encourage the Alumni to take an active and abiding interest in the work and progress of the Institute so as to contribute towards enhancement of the social utility of their Alma Mater.
• To undertake to organize activities of a civic or charitable nature as also to increase public awareness of the role of technology in value addition in the economic and social development of the nation.
• To invest and deal with the funds and moneys of the Association.
• To take advantage of developing technologies like the internet in achieving the aims and objects of the Association.
• arrange get together of the alumni and social/cultural functions of the alumni;
