An anti-ragging committee is formed under the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009. Our Ragging cell is composed:-

Our committee’s responsibilities include:-
- Creating a duty chart and regularly checking for ragging activity
- Conducting surprise checks in areas where ragging is likely to occur
- Ensuring anti-ragging instructions are displayed in prominent places
- Considering student complaints, conducting inquiries, and submitting reports to the committee along with recommended punishments
- Overseeing the process of obtaining undertakings from students
- Conducting workshops to educate students about ragging
- Providing students with contact information for people who can receive complaints or distress calls
- Raising awareness among students about anti-ragging
- Ensuring compliance with ragging regulations and laws
- Monitoring and overseeing the performance of the anti-ragging squad
- Building self-esteem and dignity among students
- Offering counselling and legal aid in cases of atrocities against women
- Raising awareness about women’s rights
