An anti-ragging committee is formed under the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009. Our Ragging cell is composed:-

Our committee’s responsibilities include:-
Creating a duty chart and regularly checking for ragging activity
Conducting surprise checks in areas where ragging is likely to occur
Ensuring anti-ragging instructions are displayed in prominent places
Considering student complaints, conducting inquiries, and submitting reports to the committee along with recommended punishments
Overseeing the process of obtaining undertakings from students
Conducting workshops to educate students about ragging
Providing students with contact information for people who can receive complaints or distress calls
Raising awareness among students about anti-ragging
Ensuring compliance with ragging regulations and laws
Monitoring and overseeing the performance of the anti-ragging squad
Building self-esteem and dignity among students
Offering counselling and legal aid in cases of atrocities against women
